لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال بعد إتمام الطلب

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اختيار اللون والمقاس والتصميم قبل تأكيد الطلب

الخيوط الزائدة جزء طبيعي من تفاصيل العباية ولا تعتبر عيبًا مصنعيًا، يرجى قصّها وعدم سحبه

The abaya production period ranges from 7 to 10 working days and may increase during high-demand periods

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after the order is completed

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct color, size, and design before confirming the order

Loose threads are a natural part of the abaya details and are not considered a manufacturing defect. Please trim them carefully and avoid pulling them
